Sales Policy

To keep ourselves and our bunnies safe

NOTE: WE NO LONGER DO DEPOSITS SO NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THAT.

HEALTH POLICY:

If your bunny gets hurt or dies while in our care, your deposit will be refunded OR you may choose another rabbit that is available.  If there are no available rabbits, you will be first on the waiting list.

Each bunny that leaves our rabbitry will be fully healthy to the best of our knowledge.

After you have the bunny, it is your responsibility. We are not responsible for rabbits once they have left our property or are in our care.  No refunds are given if anything happens to the bunny in your care.

Your bunny will come with a small bag of food and a paper on how to care for your new friend, including how much to feed it, what brand we use, and how to switch over to another brand. Please bring some sort of container (small cage or cardboard box) to transport your bunny to its new home.

If your bunny includes a pedigree, that paperwork will come with your bunny as well.

Our bunnies will not leave before 8 weeks.

We sex our rabbits at least three times before they leave us. However, rabbit gender cannot be 100% guaranteed. We can still make mistakes. Always double check the sex of your rabbit before accepting delivery.

We do NOT guarantee show placings, weight, fertility, or temperament. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what they are looking for in a show or breeding animal and to confirm that the rabbit they are purchasing is free from disqualifications or is the type they expect. What you see at the time of purchase is solely at your own risk.

PICKUP AND PRICE POLICY:

Depending on color and age, the price of your bunny may differ. However, most of our Holland Lops will range from $100 to $150.  Un-pedigreed Holland Lops will cost less.  Other pet bunnies will vary in price.

Our New Zealand meat rabbits will be $25 each.  These rabbits may also be used as pets, but will not come with a pedigree.

Deposit fee is $20. Please contact us on how to make a deposit. Once we have received your deposit, the bunny you have chosen will be reserved for you.  Deposits are non-refundable, except as stated above in our health policy.

When it is time to pick up your bunny, we will work out a pick up day and time that works for everyone involved.  Should you not be able to make your scheduled time, a 48 hour grace period will be given.  If you can not pick up your bunny in that time, the bunny is put back up for sale and your deposit will not be refunded.

When you pick up your bunny, full payment in cash will be required.

We do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to purchase rabbits. If you are under 18 you MUST have a parent or guardian contact us.

BRINGING HOME YOUR BUNNY:

You are responsible for bringing something to hold your bunny in for the trip back.

A crate or a cardboard box will suffice for holding your bunny if it wants to rest.

At home you must have a large enough hutch to keep your rabbit. Your rabbit should have room to run around and hop a few times.

You will also need water and food for your rabbit, which means you will need a water bottle and a feeder.

Your rabbit will need a few toys to chew on to make sure their teeth don't get to long.

And you'll need clippers for their nails, unless you will bring them to a vet for that.

Our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our rabbits.  As such, we reserve the right to refuse service.
